Here Guerra continues the multi-layered mood explorations of his last release as Cristo with a brave second set. Originally intended as a concept album wherein Axl Rose is an aging tax exile in Wales where he proceeds to further lose his mind, the concept was abandoned in favour of just letting the various moods contained herein tell their own story.
